Fisherfolk from the coastlines of Kutch (in India) and Sindh (in Pakistan) often find themselves broiled in the geopolitics of their geography. Their livelihoods are tangled in the mesh of competing counter claims, international law while the chronic contention over the Sir Creek, (formerly known as Baan Ganga) continues.
